TheaterKid™ x PETA: 5-Day Theater Camp

The Stage is Yours. This is TheaterKid™ at its most powerful. In an exclusive partnership with the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA), we are moving beyond the one-day workshop into a 5-day structured creative journey. This immersive camp uses theater as a tool for self-discovery and community building. Over five consecutive days, students won't just learn to act; they will learn how to weave movement, music, writing, and visual arts into a single, cohesive story.

Find your voice.

The Immersive Journey:

  • The Five Pillars: Every day integrates Creative Drama, Body Movement, Writing, Sound/Music, and Visual Arts. Students see how these disciplines collide to create a "total" performance.

  • The PETA Pedagogy: Guided by professional Artist-Teachers, the curriculum focuses on Group Dynamics—using play and improvisation to turn a group of individuals into a synchronized ensemble.

  • The "Personal to Universal": Students draw from their own life experiences, learning how to transform their personal thoughts and social awareness into expressive art that resonates with an audience.

  • The Grand Finale: The camp concludes with a Live Showcase Performance on a professional stage, complete with full technical support (lights, sound, and staging) to give them the true "TheaterKid" experience.

The Purpose:

  • Radical Confidence: Finding the courage to stand in the spotlight and speak their truth.

  • Collaborative Empathy: Learning to listen, react, and support their castmates in real-time.

  • Artistic Agency: Seeing themselves not just as performers, but as creators who can use the stage to inspire change.

Camp Details:

  • Duration: 5 Consecutive Days of high-intensity, high-joy workshops.

  • Professional Standards: Access to the renowned PETA facility and their veteran artist-mentors.

  • Limited Slots: A small, focused cohort to ensure every student gets the mentorship they need.

This is where the village finds its voice.
