TheaterKid™ Repertory Theater Guidance (RTG) — Production Mentorship Program

After training comes creation.

TheaterKid™ Repertory Theater Guidance (RTG) is Sunnyside’s advanced collaboration with Philippine Educational Theater Association — a production mentorship program where professional Artist-Teachers guide students in developing and staging a full theatrical work.

RTG is where students move from learning theater to making theater.

PETA’s writers, directors, designers, choreographers, and musicians work hand in hand with the group to:

  • Develop or refine a script

  • Strengthen performance and ensemble work

  • Shape artistic direction

  • Elevate production quality

  • Prepare for staged performance

Whether starting from scratch or building from a work-in-progress, RTG sharpens both the process and the final output.

This is collaborative theater-making at a serious level.
