International Homeschooling Day — Lifeline Launch & Parent Recognition

Sustainability Over Everything. International Homeschooling Day is about freedom, but freedom requires a support system to last. On October 1, we align with World Teachers’ Day and World Mental Health Awareness to launch our most important infrastructure yet: Lifeline. This is our dedicated support system for the ones who carry the load—the parent-teachers, the mentors, and the students navigating the emotional weight of 1.0 life.

What We Are Launching:

• The Lifeline System: Sunnyside’s new framework for emotional wellbeing and mental health support within the community.

• Parent Recognition: A dedicated "Honor Roll" for the moms and dads who act as the primary engines of education.

• The Care Bridge: Bridging the gap between high-level academics and the mental/emotional health required to sustain them.

• Community Safety Nets: New structures designed to ensure no member of the tribe has to navigate the "hard parts" of homeschooling alone.

Education is the goal. Lifeline is the fuel.
