The Shift. Round 1 was about finding your footing; Round 2 is about finding your edge. Now that the teams are formed and the points are on the board, the stakes have officially shifted.

The Purpose: To develop Adaptability. Success in the 1.0 Arena isn't just about who is the fastest or strongest—it’s about who can communicate better and pivot their strategy when the plan falls apart.

The Round 2 Experience:

• The Captains’ Briefing: A pre-match huddle where team leaders discuss their "Playbook" for the day. This is where the mental game begins.

• Refined Role-Play: We’ll see students leaning into specialized roles (The Tactician, The Anchor, The Scout) as they realize that winning requires every member to play their part perfectly.

What to Expect:

• Higher Technicality: More complex game variants that demand better coordination and communication.

• Team Rivalries: The first real "Grudge Matches" as teams look to settle the scores from Round 1.

• Mid-Season MVP Awards: Recognizing the students who have shown the most growth in leadership and sportsmanship since the launch.
